Rise Up curated an adventure that filled our mind, body, and soul! We were awed by Colombia’s landscapes, fueled by a welcoming culture and opportunities to immerse ourselves, and nourished by local delicious food. The fruit, soups, and arepas were our faves!  The biking and rafting were exhilarating with the most thoughtfully planned experiences that brought excitement, celebrated the beauty of nature, and allowed me a new belief in what I am capable of accomplishing!  Our best vacation yet

Each day of our tour surpassed the previous one. The trails, excursions, attractions, visits with craft opportunities, restaurants with the best food, and especially our rental bicycles, far exceeded my expectations.

I can only say that I highly recommend this tour and I am eagerly looking forward to the next tour to be the first to reserve!
